GLO Active


Always weather dependent, we aim to do as many events as possible during the season from May to September when the water is far more agreeable for getting wet (wetsuits can be hired).

GLO Yoga & SUP

We start with Yoga on the green, followed by a SUP session on the sea, it could be a tour with games, or enhanced SUP coaching, including a break to rest, swim, drink or all of the above, before we return to GLO. This event usually lasts around 3 hours and you can do as little or as much as you like.

GLOAthlon 

GLOAthlon is a mixed bag of running/fast walking, yoga and paddle boarding.
Our regular event consists of a 5k run/walk followed by yoga on the green near the GLO beach and finally an hour’s SUP of fun and frolics, with a swim too if you feel inclined! 

Hire a Red Paddle board from GLO or you can use your own. This event lasts about 3 hours and is a great way to stay fit and healthy and meet new people too.

Rabble paddle

Rabble is 1 hour long of fun games that disguises high intensity intervals!

A variety of games are played to cover all fitness levels including speed, endurance, agility, strength and a huge amount of laughter! All within team games. We follow this with an hour’s paddle on the sea.

Being right next to the wonderful Sea Lane Cafe, after two or three hours of workout, including most likely a splash, you can grab a drink and food and sit in the sun drinking in the view.
